Alongside the operating business, the fund holds passive, long-term investments. We invest our own capital and measure results in years, not quarters. We do not manage outside money.

Founded by the Lewis family, the fund exists to build something durable: good businesses, run well, handed on in better shape than we found them.

We operate Hired Statewide, a labour hire business supplying shutdown crews, essential services personnel and shift coverage to the WA mining sector - with a genuine second-chance employment pathway for people returning to work. Workers turn up prepared; clients get straight answers.
